Over the years, I have been fortunate in the opportunities provided to me as a result of my work and effort. In addition to my regular duties as a police officer and forensic specialist, I became involved more as a forensics educator and trainer, not only for other police officers, but also for students at all grade levels, and members of the surrounding community.

Over the years, I've created and facilitated

courses relating to forensic investigation for Calgary Police Service, INTERPOL, and Bow Valley College. As well, I've provided guest lectures on a wide variety of forensic topics for other schools and organizations.

My career has evolved, from practitioner to educator, and I'm currently the lead law enforcement instructor at Bow Valley College for the Justice Studies program.

Throughout my career I've discovered

passions for forensics and education, which is what led to this website. It was created to help support learners, or educators, who wish to know more about forensics from the perspective of a forensic investigator.
